Great location so easy to hop on a bhat bus on the main road. On foot five minutes from beach, five minutes to LK Metro Good price for sure. Excellent price for the six days. Helpful polite staff Room good, huge fridge huge for me anyway and air conditioning available There's a taxi stall just on the corner for airport taxi booking Tasty coffee and hot water available in reception Someone always on reception to take care of your key if you desire or to give you your key. When the neighbours were shouting on the phone and I told reception, the young man immediately went and asked them to make less noise. Quiet little street which is quite unusual to find in the city. You can find noisy lively ambience at a stones throw but the guest house is quiet. All in all I would say for me as a single guy not very demanding it is a very professional little guest house which provides everything I could need for a few days stay

Excellent location. Walking distance to beach, LK Metro, Central festival, Shopping. Can take baht bus easily to anywhere else. Walking Street nearby too. The staff is amazing. The cleanliness is superb - the best I have seen so far. They clean rooms and change towels, sheets, etc. daily. Nice size TV with good selection of English channels. Good, firm mattress - was great for me as I have some lower back issues. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Pattaya.

Guesthouse Review This guesthouse is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a great stay. It is very clean, has a perfect location, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The overall cleanliness and attention to detail are impressive. I honestly can’t think of any downsides and would gladly stay here again without hesitation.

I liked the bed sheets, which were 100% cotton. The room is small but comfortable. It is very clean. I stayed for 2 nights, and they automatically cleaned the room and changed the towels after 1 night. This does not always happen in Pattaya. The staff are very friendly. It is a quiet street, so you can get a good night's rest, even though it is very close to the late night entertainment venues.

Great place to stay location wise, bed was a little hard so I asked for topper and they did it right away. Staff super helpful and kind and rooms cleaned daily good air conditioning system and laundry service next door

I recently stayed at this hotel with my friend, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The hotel is close to the beach. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff ensured regular cleaning. The price was reasonable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the room had air conditioning, which made our stay comfortable.

Super friendly and helpful personnel as before. Toiletries and water are provided every day (not all accommodations care about this) Special thanks to cleaning lady. Every time made my room as clean and fresh, as the day I checked in. Appreciate the hospitality.

I loved all the Staff. The cleaners were so dilligent and efficient . The young couple at the desk each day i addressed as Boyfriend and Girl Friend.Such a young couple in love with each other. The manager could organise anything for you for a good price. Laundry accross the street. Pattaya centro walking dustance. Extremely good rate of bht600 per night off season in May.Possibly 3 star but wihout any luxury. Cheap, clean, close to beach, shops, bars ,markets safe and secure. Andrew Australua

Price and location were really unbeatable. The staff were all very friendly and helped me get to my next location very smoothly. The AC and Wifi were both strong and improved quality of life, plus the maid service always made sure i was happy, stocked with water, and engaged me pleasantly.

The staff, other residents and especially the cleaners were some of the nicest people I have ever met. The street food restaurant on the corner was amazing and I was incredibly comfortable and at home here. The lady who cleaned my room offered to share her lunch with me more than once. This just doesn't happen in Australia, and we have a lot more to share.
